Long Stay Terms & Conditions

• Rates are valid for bookings from 01 May - 15 October 2010.
• Staying period must be consecutive nights.
• Rates are per person per night.
• Single supplement (one person occupies a room) surcharge is 1,000 baht per night per room
• Maximum 2 adults and 2 Children (age not over 12) in a room. Chidren sharing the room with parents, Charge 25% per person from the promotional rate above.
• A full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
• Major credit cards are acceptable.
• Cancellation, Amendment and Refunding are not allowed.
